Circling Hands qigong: this is a qigong set where you stand in place doing a circle both with the hands and the body. The movements are designed to move fluids and Qi in the body which can help with the effects of aging and energizes the body.

Instructor: Marcy Pincus. Class fee is a suggested $5.00 donation. A portion benefits the Open Space Alliance.

Opening reception for “Far Off the Path: Watercolors and Words” by Betsy James. Betsy is the author-illustrator of seventeen books for adults and children. Her latest novel, Roadsouls, was a finalist for the 2017 World Fantasy Award. She teaches at UNM Honors College, and lives in the North Valley.

Our final Full Moon concert of the season features the music of CW Ayon, winner of the Best Blues Award at the New Mexico Music Awards in both 2010 and 2013. CW Ayon is a native of the Southwestern deserts of New Mexico. Taking the Mississippi Hill Country Blues sound to ‘Burque and beyond, CW is making waves throughout the Southwest.

Bring your dancing shoes and leave your blues at the door! Limited seating is available, so take a lawn chair or picnic blanket. Food will be available from a local food truck, or you can bring your own feast! There’s fun for the whole family.
