Explore all your senses in this guided bosque hike based on the concept of Shinrin-yoku. Shinrin-yoku is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.” It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a staple of preventive healing in Japanese medicine.

There will also be an herbal tea making session with local plants.
