Qigong is a gentle martial art that provides mental clarity, loosens the muscles and builds power, strengthens the organs, improves cardio-pulmonary function, strengthens the nerves, improves vascular function, helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments and bones, eases stress and balances emotions; and builds athletic and martial arts power.
Qigong exercises are safe for all ages.
Instructor: Marcy Pincus. Class fee is a suggested $5.00 donation. A portion benefits the Open Space Alliance.
